Two Guys Travel Through Italy To Learn Recipes From Italian Families. Seriously, How Cool Is That? Oh, And I’m Married To One Of Them.

************

I just discovered this restaurant, Blu Aqua as recommended by a good friend Leonardo. It’s near Prato but it’s absolutely worth taking the train there for lunch or dinner. It’s authentic and absolutely delicious. Their specialty is fish and vegetarian dishes and honestly I had one of the best ravioli’s I’ve ever eaten there. Ask for a recommendation when you arrive, and make sure you’re hungry. We had three courses, starting with the tortelli al nero di seppia (amazing). Dinner was around 40 euros per person (including a bottle of white Sicilian wine).
